CANCELLATION POLICY

Our commitment at The Spa on West Main is to provide an exceptional guest experience at every reservation. If a conflict develops, and you cannot keep your appointment reservation, Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for rescheduling or canceling. A cancellation made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge, and all future appointment reservations will need to be secured with a credit card.
